These practices are incredibly beneficial for those struggling with fibroids, cysts, PCOS, endometriosis, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, hormonal imbalances, digestive issues, fertility challenges and more. You’ll discover: - How to perform a gentle self womb massage to release tension, improve circulation, and connect with your body’s wisdom. - The benefits of castor oil packs, which help detoxify, reduce inflammation, and promote healing. - The ancient practice of yoni steaming, using specific herbs to cleanse and balance your womb space. After our consultation at the beginning of this virtual session, I will provide you with a list of herbs specifically for you. In addition to learning these powerful practices, you’ll also receive my nutritional recommendations along with a grocery list, access to my online yoga class library, a cycle tracking tutorial & guide, weekly check-in zoom calls with me for 3 months.
