To fully benefit from this program, clients are expected to actively participate in all scheduled sessions, follow provided protocols, and engage in weekly check-ins. Payment & Deposit: The total balance for this package can be paid in full or in monthly installments (must enroll in autopay). Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule any of your weekly sobada de matriz sessions, I kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a forfeited session. No-shows will also result in the loss of that session. Refund Policy: Once a service has been rendered, no refunds will be issued for that service. This includes all sessions, treatments, classes, and protocols that have already been delivered. If you need to cancel your package and provide sufficient notice (at least 7 days before your next scheduled session), you may be eligible for a partial refund. The refund will be calculated based on the remaining sessions or services not yet provided, minus any applicable fees. Program Adjustments: Should you need to make adjustments to your weekly session schedule (e.g., travel, medical reasons), please communicate with me as soon as possible so I can do my best to accommodate.
